The Red Lion in Elstow reopens with a new look

After a four-week makeover, The Red Lion in Elstow High Street is ready to welcome back regulars, and first-timers with a fresh new look.

The pub has had a top-to-bottom revamp, complete with a brighter bar area, new furnishings, and an even comfier dining space.

Jess Steeton, general manager at The Red Lion, said: “We couldn’t be more excited to show off the pub’s new look. It’s been amazing seeing guests walk in and instantly feel at home. Whether you're popping in to watch the big game, grabbing a bite with the kids, or just catching up over a drink, we’ve kept everything you love about the place with a bit of extra sizzle.”

There is something happening most nights too. From live sport on the big screens to the ever-popular karaoke every last Saturday of the month. The Red Lion also sponsors local football teams, Elstow Abbey and Madas, bringing the whole community together.

The Red Lion is also a listed building, with the theming of the new look pub in keeping with its existing listing. The pub invited down MP Blake Stevenson along to officially open the venue.
