Lawless expecting another type of pressure in League Two
Since Lawless arrived at Kenilworth Road, the club has been under intense expectations to regain a place in the Football League.
Now that has been secured, Lawless, although understanding most fans will believe Hatters can go up again, is hoping the scrutiny will be more manageable.

Hide AdHe said: “At this club there will always be a pressure because of expectations from the fans.
“The players who come here will put their own expectations on themselves too.
“I think there will be a different pressure, a nicer pressure, not an easier pressure, just a nicer pressure to have to deal with as a human, and we’re more than capable of doing that.”
That view was echoed by Anthony Charles, who left the club this week.

Hide AdHe felt that being alongside the likes of Portsmouth could only work in Town’s favour and that if anyone can lead Town to back-to-back promotions, it was boss John Still.
