Hatters target opted for Oldham move
Teenage striker Rhys Turner opted to join Oldham Athletic over Luton Town ahead of the transfer deadline day Hatters boss John Still has revealed, writes Mark Wood.
The Latics netted the youngster on an 18-month deal from Stockport County for an undisclosed fee as a largely otherwise quiet deadline day passed at Kenilworth Road on Friday.
Turner, 18, had joined the Conference North side in the summer and scored six goals in 14 games.
