With seven games remaining, Town travel to Dartford an impressive 13 points clear of nearest rivals Dartford.

Still said: “As far as I’m concerned, we’re seven games to go, and forget what’s gone, this is a seven game season.

“Our season is April, that’s it now, we’ve been given these fixtures, there’s our season, so we’re going to go and play our season now.

“I’m absolutely delighted with what we’ve done and where we are. Lets all work hard, it’s one month of your life, we need the players going out giving every ounce of what they’ve got, the supporters going out giving every ounce of what they’ve got and if they do that, it isn’t half a strong force.

“The force of both the hard work and quality of the players and the loyalty and support of the supporters will get us over the line.”

Town go into the game after a month in which they took 11 points from a possible 21 with three wins, two draws and two defeats.

For the boss though, they remained well on course for what he had hoped for.

He added: “I try to look at groups of games. Coming up to this game at the turn of the month and from where we were at the start of the month to where we are, I’m absolutely delighted to be in this last month of the season in this position.

“It we had got something at Grimsby and something at Halifax, we could have come away with two points and gone ‘great.’ We got a point more than that, so I was delighted with the points wise.”
