Hatters Rated: Luton Town v Woking

Mark Tyler: 7 – Kept busy by dangerous Woking who looked to test him at every opportunity and had no chance with the goal.

Fraser Franks: 6.5 – Steady head at the back, but mix-up with Tyler almost cost Luton.

Steve McNulty: 7 – Experienced defender’s no nonsense style kept the Hatters in the contest throughout.

Alex Lawless: 5.5 – Lucky not to see red for an awful early challenge and nowhere near as influential as he’d have hoped.

Jake Howells: 5 – Never really given a look in by the Cards on a night little went the Hatters’ way.

Scott Griffiths: 5 – Run ragged for much of the night and lucky not to be shown a second yellow card.

Cameron McGeehan: 5 – Form has dipped, but you can’t doubt his commitment.

Matt Robinson: 5.5 – Youngster put in a decent shift and his passes came closest to trumping the Cards.

Ronnie Henry: 5.5 – Skipper was largely subdued as Woking’s pace proved too much for Town’s defence.

Paul Benson: 5.5 – Well marshalled, but so unlucky to see his header rebound off a post.

Andre Gray: 5.5 – Never really cut loose, but should have had a penalty.

Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu (sub): 7 – Powerful midfielder made a real difference with his direct running.

Andy Parry (sub): 5 – Midfielder looked to give Town some greater steel.

Mark Cullen (sub): 5 – Striker looked busy, but couldn’t make the same kind of impact as at Cambridge.
