Franks wants to show Hatters fans his best

Hatters defender Fraser Franks believes Town fans will see the best of him next season.

The 23-year-old joined Luton in January from Welling United, playing 17 times as he formed a solid central defensive partnership with Steve McNulty.

Despite helping the club to a record amount of clean sheets, Franks insists there is much more to come.

He said: “I came in at a strange time.

“I did okay, but I think there’s a lot more to come from me next season.

“I don’t think the Luton fans have seen what I can do just yet, so hopefully I can do a lot better next year.

Franks is well aware he will face competition for his spot in the side from Alex Lacey once more, but feels the current crop of Hatters are more than good enough for whatever awaits in League Two.
