Food hygiene inspectors tell Indian takeaway and Mexican restaurant in Bedford "major improvement necessary"

Most restaurants and takeaways scored relatively well but FSA inspectors told La Pinata, in St Cuthbert's Street, major improvement was necessary and gave it a ONE RATING.

Also, Le Raj & Minhaj – which used to be in Park Road West before moving to Tavistock Street – was given a ONE RATING, meaning major improvement was necessary.

And Harko Oriental, in Lime Street, was told some improvement was necessary after the FSA gave it a TWO RATING.

However, Good Chef Chinese Takeaway, in Clapham High Street, was able to turn things around with a FIVE RATING after a previous score of TWO back in June.
