A new community charity store is to be officially opened on Saturday 28th March at 2.30pm by Bedford & Kempston MP Mohammad Yasin.

Madad operates another Charity store in Central Watford with plans for a Milton Keynes Charity store and a Luton "Bank" for clothes, homewares, furniture, small electricals and white goods.

Madad stores are staffed by volunteers and with their net proceeds they offer grants of up to £50 towards food, utilities and clothing.

There is an environmental benefit too, keeping items out of landfill, giving pre-loved items a new home.
