Universal Studios Bedford: Road to close for 10 WEEKS as construction continues
As work continues on the newly-named Universal United Kingdom Resort, there’s a new road closure to look out for.
According to Universal, Manor Road will be shut for ongoing works.
And what’s more, the closure will run for 10 WEEKS from July 27 right through to October 5 – and will operate for 24 hours.
Access will be allowed for residents and businesses only – and pedestrian access will be available to Kempston Hardwick railway station from the west only via the Woburn Road junction.
Rail services at Kempston Hardwick station will not be impacted by these works.
The closure is for the mass haulage of soil between the lake and core zones at the Universal resort.
