Still reserves wall space for title-winning Hatters team
Hatters chief John Still is saving a space on the wall in the manager’s office at Kenilworth Road for a Conference-winning promotion team, writes Mark Wood.
A photo of his 1989 title-winning Maidstone team is already proudly displayed on his wall, while he is still waiting on a photo of the Dagenham & Redbridge side he led to the same prize.
On whether a Luton one could soon be joining them, he said: “If you look how it’s spaced out that’s what I’m hoping obviously. So we’ll keep our fingers crossed.”
