Loaned out Andre is happy to have landed on his feet at Notts County

FARMED out Town midfielder Andre Boucaud admitted football is a game of opinions after joining League One Notts County on a six-month loan deal, writes Mark Wood.

Boucaud barely featured under new Luton Town boss Paul Buckle after he was signed by ex-manager Gary Brabin from York City for £25,000.

And while sad to go the 27-year-old admitted he has really landed on his feet by moving two divisions up to the Magpies.

He said: “It’s worked out pretty well for me. I’m happy, just want to get my head down and play more football.

“It’s League One. It’s where I want to be. Hopefully I’m here now and hopefully I can stay here.

“They took a liking to me so that’s why they took the loan.”
