Don't forget to register to vote in Bedford's May elections

You have until midnight on Monday, April 17 to register to vote in May’s mayoral and local elections.

Most residents are registered – however, if you’re not, visit the Government's website here

Don’t forget, you’ll also need to show photographic ID at polling stations.

It’s been introduced by the UK Government and includes a passport, drivers’ licence and some concessionary travel passes.

Residents without one of the suitable forms of ID will be able to apply for free ID here

The deadline is Tuesday, April 25 at 5pm.
