Last week, you may remember we featured the areas with the biggest property price drops.
Well now it’s the other end of the scale – and yet again, there are a few surprises.
Riseley & Sharnbrook and Bromham & Biddenham were the two areas which last week we revealed had the biggest price drops.
And now, interestingly, Cauldwell is one of the neighbourhoods with a year-on-year increase.
Again, this latest House Growth Report has come from Online Marketing Surgery and property garden furniture company, MG Timber using data from the Office for National Statistics.
It ranked neighbourhoods across Bedford based on their house price percentage change between September 2024 to September 2025.
A spokesperson from Online Marketing Surgery said: “What jumps out from this data is just how much variation there is across Bedford. Harrold, Chellington & Turvey topping the table with a 25.4% jump could be down to the whole Ouse Valley stretch becoming a real draw for families wanting more space without giving up the commute into the centre.”
