The choirs will combine to sing Rheinberger’s Mass in Eb for double choir, and sing separately music by Paul Edwards, Hubert Parry, Mendelssohn and Bruckner.

East Bedfordshire Chamber Choir (EBCC) was formed in September 2013 as a continuation of the success of East Bedfordshire Youth Choir - conducted by Karen Beer - to give young adults a chance to continue singing after leaving the youth choir.

The age range of EBCC is perhaps the widest of any local choir, as experienced singers from other choirs have also joined to add their voices to the younger ones. The choir’s aim is to provide high quality choral music to the local community, with a range of styles from renaissance and baroque to jazz, gospel and modern works. All members are auditioned.

To date, the choir has performed to great acclaim in Sandy, Ashwell, Langford and Campton and has a full programme of concerts in 2014/15. Follow EBCC on Facebook, Twitter and email us on [email protected] for information about future performances.
