Thousands of visitors are expected at this year’s Castle Festival in Castle Road, Bedford.
The event has been held for the past four years and has become a popular fixture in the town’s calendar.
From 11 am onwards, Castle Road will be filled with something for everyone and, as in previous years, the event is free.
As well as being joined by Carrie’s Vintage Fair in the Ent Shed, the organisers promise many new additions to the Festival including free activities for children.
There is also a live music stage outside The Gordon Arms, with amix of local talent due to perform.
The event is being promoted by Get Into Bed Ltd, alongside the The Gordon Arms and the Castle Residents Association.
A spokesman from Get Into Bed said: “We had a brilliant time last year and are really looking forward to doing it all again this year. So head down to Castle Road for lots of stalls, food, music, entertainment and fun for all the family. You will be able to shop for some lovely goodies at our stalls, sample local cuisine and watch our street entertainers. From one to 100 there’s bound to be something for you.”
