The band blend musical styles, sidestepping boundaries and fusing pop, folk, jazz, classical and electronica to create their classically driven, emotion-drenched pop.

One moment their sound is extremely minimalist and fragile, weaving melodies and atmospherics through silence to create ethereal yet hooky melodies. Other times the pair create a wall of sound using ancient synthesisers, electronic drums, guitars and bass to create vast energetic symphonic climaxes. Chrissy’s sometimes fragile sometimes powerful voice is complemented by Richard’s rich choral harmonies. The band have been compared to Kate Bush, Ellie Goulding and Pink Floyd.

The pair have toured extensively in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and are touring later in the year with Canadian star Jane Siberry and 60s legend Melanie Safka.

The first gig is on Friday April 22 is Broom Hall near to Biggleswade. The doors open at 7.30pm with the concert starting at 8pm.

Tickets are £10 and can be booked by calling 01767 312907
