Bedford’s Tom Grennan announces “dream” gig at London's Ally Pally

Bedford singer-songwriter Tom Grennan has announced a headline gig at the iconic Alexander Palace in London.

Grennan is due to release his new album Evering Road next month and will headline the venue on Thursday, September 30.

Writing on Facebook today, Grennan said: “I can’t even explain to you how mad it is writing this but.... ALLY PALLY.

“Dreamt of playing this venue from the first time I ever walked into it and it’s now happening.

“This is gunna go off and we’ve all missed live shows so come join me and my dreams because I want you all there with me.”

Tickets for the gig go on sale on Friday, February 19.

However, if you pre order Evering Road via Grennan’s webstore, you get access to the tickets two days ahead of general sale.

Last month, Grennan released Little Bit of Love, the fifth preview of material from his forthcoming album – following the singles Amen, This Is The Place, Oh Please and Something Better.

Evering Road is the follow up to the singer-songwriter’s acclaimed debut, Lighting Matches which was released in 2018 and featured the singles Found What I’ve Been Looking For and Barbed Wire.

To mark the release of his debut album that year, Grennan played two shows at Esquires in Bedford and held a signing session for hundreds of fans.
