Midlands held to Exiles draw
Midlands U20s will face Irish opposition for the second time in a week when they host the Ulster Academy U20s at Broadstreet RFC tomorrow.
Midlands drew 21-21 with the Irish Exiles U20s in an entertaining tussle at Moseley at the weekend despite being handicapped by late withdrawals. They made 15 changes to the squad that was on duty for the England Counties U20s trial match against the North at the end of last season but they couldn’t hold on to their 14-7 half-time lead.
