The Eagles are held by Hanwell in score draw
Hanwell dominated the early play, and in the 10th minute, Tyler Christian-Law passed inside to Bradley Simmonds, whose shot went just past the left hand post.
Despite not having much possession, Bedford took the lead from the resulting goal kick. The ball was played up to the halfway line before Josh Bamford, sent a searching pass forward for Afolabi Obafemi to run onto.

Bedford started gaining the upper hand, but Hanwell came close to an equaliser as Simmonds let fly from 25 yards, however the ball narrowly cleared the bar.
Just after the half hour mark, Taishan Griffith fed the ball forward to Obafemi. The Hanwell defence stopped, thinking the offside flag would be raised, but Obafemi rushed his shot and the ball rolled harmlessly wide.
A cheeky attempt nearly brought a second goal for Bedford in the 39th minute as Josh Beech back-heeled goalwards, forcing Hanwell keeper Martin Herdman to scramble across goal to save.

This proved a vital save, as a minute later, Hanwell were level. The ball was played forward, and sub Tom Hunt bobbled a shot goalwards that bounced over the hand of Maxime Fondop Siwe.
The game then became a war of attrition, and apart from a Bedford corner in the 90th minute that produced two goalline clearances, there was no other meaningful attack from either side.
