Stopsley are into Junior Cup final

Crawley Green Reserves were left without any action as all seven Premier Division games were postponed in the Bedfordshire County League.

In Division One it was a similar story as the four scheduled league games were to fall victim to waterlogged pitches, as were the three scheduled Centenary Cup games.

The scheduled league encounter between Elstow Abbey and Houghton Athletic will be subjected to a league ruling after Houghton failed to raise a side.

Luton Leagrave AFC were beaten 5-0 at home to Marston Shelton Rovers Reserves in Division Two. Harry Baker (two), Harry Murray, Ryan Maddock and Lewis Cerminara did the damage.

St Josephs will face Stopsley United in the final of this season’s Bedfordshire FA Junior Cup after United beat Sharnbrook 5-3.

Pat Daily hit a brace and was joined on the scoresheet by Callum Frater, Les Medford and Conner Waite, against Sharnbrook replies from Max Wright, James Watkinson and Alex Horn.
