Willmott was expecting a yellow after penalty box tumble

A RATHER sheepish Town winger Robbie Willmott admitted he was expecting to be booked when winning the crucial penalty against Alfreton Town at the weekend, writes Mike Simmonds.

With 36 minutes on the clock, Willmott went down under the challenge of former Town trialist Dan Lowson in the penalty area.

Contact was minimal at best, but the spot-kick was awarded and Willmott said: “I have to say definitely a penalty.

“I think the referee had a bad angle on it.

“I’m not a cheat or anything like that, but when there is an advantage, I will take it.”
