Town target Moutaouakil signs for Portsmouth
Luton Town have missed out on former French under-21 international Yassin Moutaouakil after he signed for League One Portsmouth.
Hatters boss Paul Buckle had hoped the 26-year-old full-back was going to agree terms at Kenilworth but he has since moved to Fratton Park.
The defender has played for Ligue Two side Châteauroux, Charlton Athletic and Motherwell during his career, while was at Hayes & Yeading this season.
