More recently he has come right back into manager John Still’s plans and he is adamant he wants to play his football at Kenilworth Road.

He said: “I want to play games of football so I did ask to go (on loan), maybe just for a month to go and play some games.

“It didn’t materialise earlier on in the few weeks gone by, but the gaffer’s put me in and I don’t think I’ve done myself any harm by the way I’ve performed when I’ve come on.

“I do want to play here, I don’t want to be going out on loan, I want to be playing my games of football at Luton Town and helping the lads and the team and supporters getting this club back to where it needs to be.”
