Town set their sights on Premier League tie

The Hatters shocked Championship strugglers Wolves yesterday with a thrilling 1-0 victory over their Black Country opponents at Kenilworth Road.
It proved a dark day for Wanderers as manager Stale Solbakken departed the club as a result, but it left Town’s stars dreaming of a glamorous fourth round tie with Premier League leaders Manchester United among the favoured names.

“Even if it was away, the support that we take is incredible. Woking’s crowd the other day was their biggest of the season and I’m not surprised because it was mostly ours.
“Even if we get an away game, our fans will be there in numbers.”
Greg Taylor, who made his first appearance for Luton since mid-September, said: “I’ve got my eye on the West Ham v Man U game, because I’m a West Ham fan and I would like to play at Man U as well, so we’ll see what happens.”

He said: “I’m from Norwich and I would like Norwich. We’ll see what happens and keep our fingers crossed.
“Everyone wants to play a big team away from home, but if we can get a team down here again, like you saw the crowd were magnificent. Hopefully we can reward them again.
“You want a big club away from home but you saw the atmosphere here. I don’t think anyone would like to come down here and play us here at the moment.”
