The visitors travel to Kenilworth Road on the back of a shocking run as they are yet to taste victory this season, taking two points from 14 games.

Whalley said: “We should be going into every game hoping for a win and looking to get three points.

“It’s going to be hard on Saturday, every game in our league is going to be hard.

“We’ve got to be determined, show 100 per cent and hopefully the result will go our way.”

Parry also echoed his team-mate’s thoughts and is personally hoping to continue his sequence of nine consecutive starts in his favoured midfield role.

He said: “I feel most comfortable in midfield and I’m very happy, I always want to play in every game.

“At the start I wasn’t playing and now I am, so hopefully that continues.

“Every game in this league is hard. We don’t take any game for granted.

“We’ll go there and work as hard as you would do against a bigger team shall we say.”

Town’s last two games have seen brought about 14 goals, with 11 of them coming in the opening halves and boss Still was pleased his side are finally starting to entertain their followers.

He added: “I want to score goals as I want to entertain.

“People say do you want to win 5-3 or 1-0? Well it depends who you’re playing against doesn’t it?

“I think you’ve got to score goals to win things and we’re scoring goals.

“I’m saying we’ve got to do a bit more work defensively, we haven’t. You can’t stop individual mistakes, it’s not possible.

“It’s not an organisation thing, so you get peoples’ confidence up, get them with a smile on their face and get them enjoying what they’re doing.”
