Town’s reward for knocking holders Wrexham out of the competition last weekend was a trip to the U’s, currently managed by former Luton boss Richard Money, on January 11.

After promising to keep faith with the squad that easily defeated the Red Dragons, Still felt it was the perfect challenge for them.

He said: “I really do mean this, if someone said to me pick a draw, I’d pick it, because what a game for this young group of players, it’s a fantastic game and a tie a lot of people might have picked.

“People say you get one of the smaller clubs, you might win that, but you might get beat by the smaller club.

“This is a great game, a game where some of the player we think have made great progress, we can see if they have.

“You get better by the challenges and if there’s no challenge in it, it’s hard to get better.”

Hatters’ prices for their trip to Cambridge have been announced.

Seats will be £15 for adults, £10 concessions, £5 U16s and free for U5s.

Terraces are £10 adults, £5 concession, £2 U16s, and free for U5s.
