Tommy must be Wright on it

HATTERS: Boss Gary Brabin admitted that striker Tommy Wright faces an important few weeks if he wants to extend his deal at Kenilworth Road.

The 27-year-old has impressed during his brief stay at the club, scoring three times in six games, including the winner at Grimsby Town.

But he hasn’t featured as much as he would have liked, with just one league starts, and Brabin said: “I’ve had a big chat with Tommy. He gives us a different dimension and his goal record in terms of appearances is good, so that’s a real strength for us. I’ve said that (to him), but he’s got to build on that.”
