On the forward, who has scored six in his last seven while at Dartford, Still said: “We allowed Alex to extend his loan, but we can call him back at 24 hours notice and he will be coming back.

“I don’t want to bring Alex back to sit him on the bench, let him keep that fitness level up, then come back when I have an intent to think he’s going to start, or if he doesn’t start then he’s going to come on and affect the game.”

Meanwhile, Wall’s impact at the Darts has been praised by boss Tony Burman as he told the Kent Messenger: “He’s a big presence in every nature of the word.

“He’s a big lad and he’s done ever so well for us. He’s strong and scored some goals, so he must be enjoying it.

“He did well with Danny Harris on Saturday. He scored a good goal at Cambridge and he got two goals on Saturday.

“Long may it continue because that’s what we need, someone who can do that.

“When you’re creating chances and scoring goals, it gives the team belief. It’s definitely helped us, that’s for sure.

“He’s a good lad. He’s adapted, he’s come in and done well, settled in well.

“That’s good. If you’ve got players who are happy off the pitch, they’ll be happy on it.”
