Still: No-one is leaving Kenilworth Road

Hatters boss John Still has once again declared that none of his stars will be leaving Kenilworth Road before the transfer window closes, writes Mike Simmonds.

Still admitted there had been interested in his Skrill Premier table-topping squad, but when asked if that had led to any concrete bids, he said: “No, because in my conversations I’ve said there’s no point in making any offer whatsoever because we’re not selling.

“No chance, 100 per cent no chance. And I’ve said that because I’ve been that soldier.

“Someone goes ‘not really at the moment’ and you come away and think if I push it they might, so I want to be fair to them.

“They need to go elsewhere because there’s nothing going to happen here because that’s how we’ve been.

“We haven’t courted bids, we’ve just made our stance really clear from the interest as saying that no-one is available at this club at this time.”
