Stephens nets dramatic winner as Hatters defeat Aldershot

LUTON Town U18s earned a fine 3-2 win over Aldershot in their Football League Youth Alliance clash on Saturday.

The Shots took an early lead before Zane Banton levelled for Town.

Jerome Jibodu netted on 62 minutes with his third goal in four games, but Aldershot looked to have stolen a point when they equalised late on.

However, in stoppage time, Zak Stephens blasted the winner, after a scramble in the penalty area.

Hatters: Barnes, Stephens, Ferguson, Chabata, Burtenshaw, Maguraushe, Banton, Jibodu, Amu (Ngwala 67), Davis (Cole 69), McKenzie-Lowe (Galliford 85). Substitutes not used: King.
