Rowe-Turner backs Hatters strikers to fire at home

Hatters defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner chalked Saturday’s shock defeat at home to AFC Telford down to experience, writes Mike Simmonds.

The centre-half could only watch on from the back as Town’s forwards wasted chance-after-chance on an unbelievably frustrating 
afternoon.

Rowe-Turner had to form another new central defensive partnership with Ronnie Henry after Janos Kovacs pulled out with injury during the week.

Although the only goal came from a defensive lapse, with Kieran St Aimie rising unchallenged to head home from a free-kick, the former Torquay man gave his most accomplished performance in a Luton shirt and is happy to continue in his central role.
