Portsmouth cancel trial of ex-Hatters favourite Spillane
Former Luton favourite Michael Spillane’s trial at Portsmouth has finished after just one session.
The 24-year-old had been scheduled to train with Pompey for two days.
Spillane impressed while on loan from Norwich in 2008-09 scoring three times in 38 appearances and was part of Town’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy-winning team.
