Luton seal promotion to the Football League

Goals from Amari’i Bell and Michael Gash ensured Town ended five years of hurt in the Conference and will take their place back in the Football League next term.

An ecstatic Town boss John Still, speaking exclusively to the News/Gazette after the final whistle, said: “The thing I feel is delight for all suporters, that’s the biggest single thing I feel.

“Since I’ve come here, this is the thing that they’ve wanted, desperately, desperately desperately and to have been able to deliver it has made me very proud.”
