Town striker Scott Rendell scored his second goal for Woking as they enjoyed a 2-0 win over Nuneaton Town in their Skrill Premier clash on Saturday.

The on-loan forward netted after 13 minutes, before Josh Payne doubled the score in the second half, as Woking bounced back from the 4-0 defeat against Luton, where Rendell wasn’t allowed to feature.

Defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner played the full 90 minutes as Alfreton Town suffered a 3-1 defeat at Braintree Town on Saturday.

Rowe-Turner also played as the Reds lost 2-1 at Southport on Tuesday night, where he picked up a booking.

Goalkeeper Dean Brill also figured for Scottish Premier League side Inverness Caledonian Thistle as they defeated Hibernian 3-0 to remain top of the table.

Young Town duo Jake Woolley and Jerome Jibodu both got 90 minutes in the FA Cup too as Boreham Wood were held to a 0-0 draw at Barton Rovers in their second round qualifying tie, with the replay due to be this evening.
