LOAN WATCH: O’Donnell nets on Hyde debut

Town midfielder JJ O’Donnell scored on his debut as Hyde were knocked out of the FA Trophy with a 2-1 defeat to North Ferriby United on Saturday.

O’Donnell, who joined the Tigers on Thursday afternoon, lobbed home from 25 yards to make it 1-1, but couldn’t prevent his new side from defeat.

Midfielder Jim Stevenson made his debut as Dartford earned a 1-1 draw against Forest Green Rovers in the FA Trophy.

Meanwhile, Hatters winger David Martin also got 90 minutes for the Darts, as he had done in the 2-0 Skrill Premier defeat to Barnet on Tuesday night.

Striker Scott Rendell bagged a double as Woking were 3-0 winners at Hereford in the Trophy as well.

The forward has now scored seven goals in 13 games since moving to the Cards.

Defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner was an un-used substitute for Alfreton as they lost in the Trophy with a 1-0 defeat at home to Nuneaton.

He did however have the full 90 as the Reds were beaten their Skrill Premier clash against the same opponents on Tuesday night.

Striker Jake Woolley came off the bench for the final 20 minutes as St Neots won 1-0 at Banbury in their Calor League Southern Premier Division clash on Saturday.

He also started the 2-2 draw against Bedford Town on Tuesday night, where he was replaced after 55 minutes, as young Luton full back Brett Longden also started, taken off for former Town striker Alasan Ann with two minutes to go.
