The U’s, Town’s main title contenders, had moved 2-0 ahead through Ryan Bird’s double.

Darts levelled at 2-2 by half time and then led 3-2, while although U’s missed a penalty, they levelled late on, but dropped to three points behind Town, albeit with a game in hand.

Lathaniel Rowe-Turner played 90 minutes for Alfreton Town as they won 2-1 at Welling United.

JJ O’Donnell had the weekend off as Gateshead’s trip to Braintree was postponed.

Winger Shaun Whalley set up AFC Telford’s first goal during their 2-2 draw against North Ferriby United in Skrill North.

Striker Jake Woolley was a second half substitute for St Neots Town during their Calor Southern League Premier Division 2-1 win at Bedford Town, although had to go off injured late on.
