Kovacs: Play-off experience will benefit us

Most of Luton’s squad have experienced the highs and lows of play-off football and charismatic defender Kovacs is certain that will give them the edge.

He said: “We’ve got a little bit more experience than maybe the rest of the teams.

“Wrexham was in the play-offs last year, and we beat them, York was there and they beat us.

“All of these kind of teams have experience in there, but in the play-offs it’s a little bit like a flip of a coin.

“It’s a little bit like who is there that day when you need to win and get up.”
