Kovacs believes Osano will be missed by Hatters

DEFENDER Janos Kovacs feels the loss of Curtis Osano will be keenly felt by Luton next season, but is sure the club will be able to replace the full-back, writes Mike Simmonds.

Osano, who had been mightily impressive towards the end of the campaign after an indifferent start to life at Kenilworth Road, joined League Two AFC Wimbledon on a free transfer when his contract ended last week.

Kovacs said: “He’s a superb defender. He’s got everything, pace, power, technique and I think he’ll be a big, big miss for Luton Town.

“But life goes on and I’m pretty sure we will find the next Curtis Osano, or even better.”
