Kasim’s arrival from Brighton can put bums on Town seats

IRAQ U23 international Yaser Kasim has the ability to impress Luton’s diverse populace and pack out Kenilworth Road according to Hatters chief Paul Buckle, writes Mark Wood.

The 21-year-old joined on a six-month loan deal from Championship Brighton last week and Town’s supporters got their first glimpse of the new signing as Luton claimed a 1-0 victory at Hitchin Town on Monday night.

Kasim made his debut for Albion at the tail end of the 2010-11 campaign and is highly regarded at the Amex Stadium after they snapped up the central midfielder in August 2010 following his release from Premier League Tottenham Hotspur.
