
The pair are held in high regard, especially in the non-league game as Justham said: “A major factor were John Still and Terry Harris and they made the club very, very attractive for me. What they’ve done at a non-league level and above is phenomenal.”
Justham, 22, who has previously had trials at West Ham and Reading, admitted he had been surprised to get another chance of making it in the pro game.
He added: “I had a taste of full-time training with the likes of West Ham and Reading which made me even hungrier for it.
“Deep down there’s always hope because you hear people are watching you, but I was still very surprised, although you hope someone would (take a chance).”
