Hayrettin backs Still to unearth more diamonds at Luton

In the week that former Still protege Dwight Gayle moved from Peterborough to Crystal Palace for a fee believed to be around £4.5million, Hayrettin said: “The gaffer has an ethos that he loves raw, young talent.
“We believe we’ve got some excellent youngsters here, so we want to try and push them through as much as we can.

“They don’t know the way we do it. We’ve got to teach them that and there has to be a filtering process where the youth team squad mirrors the first team, so it will apply all the way through.
“We’re going to push that and get it the way the gaffer wants.”
