Hatters would want a fee for Boucaud

Bullish Hatters boss Paul Buckle has asserted Andre Boucaud is worth a fee after the on-loan midfielder expressed his desire to stay at Notts County last week, writes Mark Wood.

Signed for £25,000 from York City last year the 28-year-old midfielder played just a handful of games for the Hatters as he struggled to make an impact at Kenilworth Road.

Buckle didn’t want to be drawn on Boucaud’s comments last week saying that he wanted to stay at Meadow Lane and even admitted there is an outside chance he could return after his loan move is up.
