Hatters U18s let lead slip against MK Dons

Luton Town U18s let a two goal lead slip as they were held by Milton Keynes in the first league between the pair.

Town dominated the first half and went ahead on eight minutes when Arel Amu was first to the ball in the area and with the home keeper out of position, found the net from a tight angle.

A second goal followed in the 26th minute when Jordan Davis broke through and was pulled down by the Dons keeper, as Charlie Smith duly converted the penalty.

Zane Banton and Jemale McKenzie-Lowe both missed chances and Dons took advantage to net to goals in the final 10 minutes.

Hatters: Barnes, Longden, Jibodu, Rees, Burtenshaw, DeBattista, Davis (Chabata 60), Smith, McKenzie-Lowe, Banton (Cobb 46, Amu (Stanley 86).

Subs not used: Carpenter, Haag.
