Hatters rated versus Barrow

Mark Tyler: 7.5 – Left exposed for the goal, pulled off a brilliant save to deny Adam Boyes and otherwise largely untroubled.

Keith Keane: 7.5 – Slipped in seamlessly at centre-half and was the perfect foil for Kovacs.

Amari Morgan-Smith: 9 – A true centre-forward’s display, terrorised Barrows backline and richly deserved his goal.

Robbie Willmott: 8 – A bit of luck to net the rebound from the spot, took his manager’s advice for the second and far more end product this afternoon.

Aaron O’Connor: 8 – Place aplenty and all action display from the former Diamonds man who finally showed his worth.

Jake Howells: 7.5 – Sound defensively, has developed a great partnership with Willmott and give Town a real attacking edge.

Curtis Osano: 7.5 – Played through the pain and Luton looked so much more rounded with a natural at right-back.

James Dance: 8 – Looked much more comfortable in his natural position on the right of midfield and richly deserved his first goal in a Hatters shirt.

Jamie Hand: 7.5 – Ball winning midfielder kept everything simple and displayed a wide range of passing.

Adam Watkins: 7.5 – Industrious midfielder was in the thick of the action and produced a classy finish for his goal.

Janos Kovacs: 7.5 – No alarm bells for the Hungarian centre-half who has slotted in like he’s never been away.

Danny Crow (sub): 6.5 – Couldn’t stamp his authority on leading the line but was always a danger.

John Paul Kissock (sub): 7 – A real crowd favourite and happy to roll out all the tricks with the Hatters in charge.
