Lathaniel Rowe-Turner: 6.5 – Show his positional sense to clear his lines effectively.

Janos Kovacs: 6.5 – Tough battle with Chris Brown but gave a wholehearted display.

Alex Lawless: 6.5 – Restored to central midfield and was up for the battle.

Scott Rendell: 7.5 – Fine run for the first and becoming Mr Consistent from the spot.

Jake Howells: 6.5 – Played his part as Town earned a much-needed shutout.

Arnaud Mendy: 6.5 – Much better from Mendy who did plenty of the unnoticed work.

JJ O’Donnell: 7.5 – Great to see him on the wing, gave Town real width, set up Rendell and a constant threat.

Ronnie Henry: 6 – Slotted in efficiently at right-back.

Andre Gray: 7.5 – Perfect outlet for Town on their travels. Never gave Boro a moment’s rest.

Dan Walker: 6 – Just didn’t quite happen as he was withdrawn after the break.

Matt Robinson 7 (sub) – Tigerish midfielder showed an eye for a pass too.

Jake Woolley: 5.5 (sub) – Stretched his legs at the end.

James Dance: 5.5 (sub) – Great to see him back.
