Mark Tyler: 7 - No chance with the goal but did all the basics well in testing conditions.

Steve McNulty: 8 - Imposing centre-half coped admirably, played football when he could, but always made the sensible calls.

Jake Howells: 7.5 - Shone on the left as he put in some testing crosses and linked superbly with Griffiths.

Scott Griffiths: 7.5 - Wholehearted full-back used the conditions excellently to keep danger man Marsh-Brown quiet as he also got forward to good effect.

Joe Davis: 7 - Too often tried to play football when he needed to play the percentages, but you can’t fault his effort and application.

Luke Guttridge: 8 - Busy midfielder used his low centre of gravity to pivot this way and that as the Bees struggled to cope with Town’s industry.

Ronnie Henry: 7.5 - Skipper sweet-talked the referee into keeping the game going and fully played his part on the pitch.

Paul Benson: 8 - In-form centre forward kept his cool to net Town’s second and could have had more as his partnership with Gray continues to flourish.

Andre Gray: 8 - Pacy striker got the ball rolling with a fine opener and showed real commitment and tenacity throughout.
