Hatters quash bike rumours
Brabin had already pleaded not guilty to the two charges of assault and one charge of using threatening words or behaviour during an incident that occurred on Luton’s visit to Bootham Crescent in April last year.
The court had stated that Brabin was unable to attend his hearing because he had been involved in an accident in the Luton area, suffering internal injuries.

Hide AdBut managing director Gary Sweet said: “The barrister representing Gary on the day had an accident and couldn’t attend, so that’s been adjourned to January and we haven’t had a date for that yet.”
