Hatters fans turn out in their thousands for celebrations

Thousands of Hatters fans heralded their Skrill Premier title-winning heroes at a packed St George’s Square this afternoon.

The Luton squad and management staff boarded an open top bus to parade their champions trophy around the streets before joining the party and taking to the stage in front of a sea of orange.

After an adress from Mayor Sheila Roden, a host of players were interviewed, while manager John Still and managing director Gary Sweet both addressed the crowd too.

There was a video message from chairman Nick Owen, while Matt Robinson performed his champions rap once more, before the players went to a civic reception at the Town Hall.
