Over 4,000 Town fans voted for what next season’s home kit colour should be, with orange beating white by 373 points.

Boss John Still admitted he had opted for the losing colour, saying: “I voted white, but I’m a Luton manager, not a Luton supporter for years and years and years.”

And striker Paul Benson, meanwhile, admitted he had gone the other way, saying: “I had a vote, I voted for white, so it went against me!”
