Hand wanted permanently
HATTERS: Town boss Gary Brabin has confirmed he wants to sign midfielder Jamie Hand on a permanent basis when his loan spell ends in December.
The 27-year-old has made 10 appearances for the club since arriving from Hayes & Yeading, scoring two spectacular goals in the 5-1 thrashing of Gateshead, too. Brabin said: “He’s another one I want to keep. Jamie’s done fantastic. He was disappointed he’s been left out the last couple of games, but knows the reasons why and I think it’s important we’ve got characters like Jamie Hand around the place. He gives us so much when he’s playing and when he’s not playing he still contributes a lot and we need that type of character around the squad to be successful.
